License Agreement and Warranty Information

License Agreement

When you purchase a Star Thrower program, you actually secure a license to use this copyrighted product. The license you have purchased grants you the right to transmit this information to one monitor at a time (single-monitor use license) for unlimited number of uses and participants. If you are interested in securing any additional licensing rights, such as multiple-monitor use, satellite downlink, closed circuit, intranet or any way other than single monitor use, call us. We will work with you to secure the additional licensing you need.

• Customers are restricted to single monitor use only without the purchase of additional licenses or prior written approval by Star Thrower Distribution.
• Customers are not allowed to make copies of our titles.
• Customers are not allowed to broadcast any program over satellite or closed circuit systems without purchasing the appropriate licenses or prior written approval.
• Customers are not allowed to transmit any program over Internet, Intranet, satellite downlink, or closed circuit television without purchasing the appropriate licenses or prior written approval.
• Customers are not allowed to digitize our programs in any way.
